WatchA cold low off Oregon State will pump up some rain overnight and Thursday morning. Look for possible showers or thundershowers tonight with rain to pick up after midnight. Lows tonight will go to around 12 C. Thursday will start wet but rain should ease by mid-morning and bring us a cloudy cool afternoon with highs of 15 C. On Friday, it's back to a mix of sun and cloud with highs just below normal at 19 C. More sunshine is forecast over the Canada Day long weekend.
