First week of October looks cool and showery

The first week of October will be a cool and slightly wet one across most of Vancouver Island.

A series of weak low pressure systems will be crossing the south coast, bringing mainly cloudy skies, a few showers, occasional sunny breaks, but also occasional periods of heavier rain.

Temperatures will remain seasonal with highs in the low to mid-teens, overnight lows between 6 and 11 degrees.
