Mounties say a woman was arrested on stolen vehicle charges in Metchosin Sunday after she was pulled over for a complaint she was driving erratically.

West Shore RCMP receivcd the erratic driving complaint and conducted a traffic stop on the black pickup truck in the 4000-block of Sooke Road.

Police say they discovered the truck had been stolen from Shawnigan Lake earlier in September.

Police arrested the driver, who they say provided a fake name, was in breach of several court-ordered conditions and possessed other stolen items.

Nancy Klein, 48, now faces three charges related to possession of stolen property and one count of wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.
