Ed’s Forecast: Some sunshine and a dry day for Halloween but rain and cooler days ahead

WATCH: High pressure will hold for tomorrow giving us a dry and partly sunny Halloween.

Look for a few clouds some wind and a cool low of 4 C tonight. Tuesday will have a little more cloud cover and highs of 12 C but dry conditions for Halloween. A frontal band and a low-pressure system are expected to funnel down from the north on Wednesday night into Thursday bringing some rain and much cooler temperatures.
