WATCH: There’s no relief this week from the cold spell across Western Canada. Ceilidh Millar has your long-range forecast.

Another low-pressure system will move through late Monday causing unsettled conditions on Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal across the Island due to arctic winds pushing down from the interior of the province.
