ATTUNE, CONNECT & HARVEST YOUR VISION
We will begin this session with a Ritual to call in Sacred Space to honour the Fall Equinox, the elements, and personal/collective intentions to do our work together for the weekend.
You can expect a warm and dynamic all levels vinyasa practice, followed by chanting, meditation and guided journaling. We will open to what no longer serves our best self, ways to shed old stories, and honour balance, inner abundance, and celebrate the Harvest of the highest self.
Rituals are like mirrors we can hold up to reflect our life’s journey. We can step out of time and space and experience transformation before our eyes. In this session we will explore The Art of Ritual and how to weave it into your daily life. We will build altars to reflect Fall Equinox, Inner Balance and Inner Abundance. Each element and direction will be represented in the Altar. We will open to unearthing and releasing limiting core beliefs to empower the flow of abundance and balance in your life. This session will close with the deeply restorative practice of yoga Nidra or “yoga sleep.” We will then go on a guided shamanic journey to reveal spirit guides and spirit animals to receive insights and restore balance within.
For this session please bring your journal, warm layers/blanket, and items from nature to build a personal altar. Bring items that reflect the four elements.
The UrbaCity Challenge is Victoria’s own urban adventure race!
Game On! Teams compete in a free-form course, deciding their own route and completing unique challenges as they go. Heritage buildings and boutique shops are the backdrop for amazing feats of physical prowess and mental agility!
No one knows just what the challenges will be, and time is limited, so racers have to be quick on their feet in more ways than one.
All fundraising pledges support Victoria’s own Island Prostate Centre.
This session will be a combination of yoga and mindful movement practices to release old energies within and to welcome in the Harvest season of gathering time, space, abundance, and coming home to your inner sanctuary. We will call in sacred space and move our bodies as a ritual to honour the elements and the directions around us. Reclaim your essential self, trust in your vision, move from the inside out, and celebrate the Harvest season both personally and collectively. We will close in mediation, chanting, and a guided journal session to refine and reclaim your intentions and what you are calling in at this time in your life.
For this session bring your journal.
