BC Transit offers free rides in the Comox Valley on B.C. Day

Public transit in the Comox Valley will be free on B.C. Day.

BC Transit, in conjunction with the Comox Valley Regional District (CVRD), is providing free transit to riders in the Comox Valley on British Columbia Day, which is Aug. 1.

Fares will be free on all routes on Aug. 1 only. BC Transit says there will be paid service on all routes on Saturday and Sunday, however, buses will be operating on holiday service for B.C. Day.
