Campbell River RCMP have arrested two men in connection with a violent robbery at the Coast Discovery Inn on Saturday.
Police were called to the hotel in the afternoon following reports of an incident investigators are calling a home invasion.
A male victim sustained significant injuries in the attack, while a female victim was also injured.
“This….is believed to be a targeted attack and we do not consider the general public to be at risk,” said Inspector Jeff Preston.
Police continue to investigate the crime.
