Central Saanich Police are investigating after a motorcyclist and a passenger appear to have been injured by a wire or fishing line strung across a road.
The incident occurred in the 8200 block of Thompson Place on Sunday.
Police say the motorcyclist suffered minor injuries, there were no details about the passenger.
Inevestigators were unable to locate the line which snapped during the incident.
Police are asking drivers, motorcyclists and cyclists to use caution.
