Traditional roles for women in the 1940s in British Columbia were that of wife and mother.  On today’s episode of this week in history, Stacy Ross introduces us to Josephine Hart. In addition to being a wife and mother, she was a respected marine biologist, iconic in the data she collected and published, data that is preserved at the Royal BC Museum.
