WATCH: RAW video of multiple fire departments working together to rescue injured skydivers.
Two tandem skydivers have been rescued by emergency crews after being stuck in trees in Saanichton.
The skydivers were blown off course and landed in the tree canopy.
One walked away from the scene but the other has multiple injuries. Rescuers took them out of the rough terrain on a stretcher.
A private arborist was enlisted, climbing the tree to hook up and lower the injured skydivers.
Fire departments from Central & North Saanich, the Saanich heavy rescue team and Search & Rescue teams worked with paramedics to rescue the pair.
About 50 personnel were involved in the rescue.
