CHEK

On the heels of Victoria Royals netminder Griffen Outhouse’s fantastic performance, the Victoria Royals managed to squeeze by the top ranked Everett Silvertips in Game 4 of their best-of-seven series at the Save On Foods Memorial Centre last night. Outhouse made 30 saves on 31 shots to earn the 1st star of the game when all was said and done. Royals forward Regan Nagy would open the scoring for Victoria early in the first, followed by an insurance marker by Dante Hannoun to give the Royals a 2-0 lead heading into the third period. While red-hot Silvertips forward Patrick Bajkov would pot his 4th goal of the series in the final frame, Outhouse and the Royals would hold on for the one goal victory and tie the series at two games a piece heading back to Everett. Game 5 of the series goes Friday night, puck drop is set for 7:35pm pacific time.
