New Rebels QB expects to build on banner 2016 season

The Westshore Rebels wrapped up main camp today and new quarterback Scott Borden has high expectations for the defending BCFC Champs.

The Rebels open their BC Football Conference Season July 29th in Kelowna against the Okanagan Sun.
