Victoria Grizzlies forward Nathan Looysen scored a goal of the year candidate in double overtime to lift the Grizz over the visiting Penticton Vees 2-1 at the Q Centre last night. Looysen, who recently committed to Brock University, has been a veteran leader on the team all season, and his heroics couldn’t have come at a better time. The Grizzlies have already clinched a playoff spot, but still have work to do to clinch the division.
