Join chef and host Steve Walker-Duncan on his mission to explore British Columbia through its cuisine, and see some of the most fabulous scenery in the world while discovering what makes each area’s cuisine unique.

Then come into Steve’s kitchen and join celebrity guests to create fabulous dishes made with the best local ingredients, using what we learned about each region and creating a meal that anyone could make at home.
