Two B.C. men are facing charges after a video was posted on social media of man jumping from a boat onto the back of a moose.
The Conservation Officer Service received a complaint in June 2015 relating to the video.
After an investigation, a report to Crown Counsel recommends charging two men from Fort St. John with 3 counts under the Wildlife Act.
They including harassing wildlife with the use of a boat, attempting to capture wildlife, and hunting big game that is swimming.
The men are due to make their first court appearance in Fort Nelson on August 8th.
