British automobiles from all over BC came to Victoria for a show for all car lovers in the Capital region.
More than 160 British cars, trucks and motorcycles from all over BC, and even Washington state, were impressing crowds at Transfer Beach Sunday.
The show is put on by the Olde English Car Club Central Island branch.
It is a feast for the eyes of any car lover.
Robin Hine had his 1926 3 litre bentley on display.
The car, which has been in his family since 1936, came to Canada from England four years ago, landing in Halifax where a giddy Hine picked it up.
“I had the car shipped back to Halifax and then drove across the country,” said Hine.
“Since a wee boy that’s what I wanted, that was my dream was to drive across Canada and I did it in RM.”
He took 18 days to drive it from Halifax to Victoria.
Hine made sure to stop and show it off at a variety of car clubs along the way.
