A derelict boat anchored in the Gorge waterway is now underwater after sinking this weekend.
The tip of the bow is all that is visible above the water after the vessel went down on Sunday.
It is one of a number of derelict and live-aboard boats in the Gorge waterway.
As many as five are underwater and the City of Victoria is taking steps to remove them.
Boat owners have until September to leave, otherwise the city will apply for an injunction to force them out.
After that time the city proposes that the Gorge Waterway be used strictly for recreation with boats able to anchor for a maximum of 72 hours in a 30 day period.
